	This is an opportunity to empower african laboratories that are trying to do something. For example, I will suggest that we receive support in equipment such as HPLC to allow chemical analysis of POP. Indeed, we are only focusing on toxicology biotests at this stage. Could the programme built a strong regional interlaboratory network? We also need results of MONET campaign.
